REFUND POLICY – The Anexio LLC

By purchasing from The Anexio LLC (theanexiollc.com), you agree to this Refund Policy and the conditions governing refund requests.
1. Revision Policy
- Revisions depend on the selected package.
- We offer revisions to improve your design while maintaining the original concept.
- Unlimited revisions apply only within the same concept scope.
- Requests for complete redesigns will be treated as a new project.
- Standard turnaround time for revisions is 24–48 hours.
2. Refund Policy
We strive for complete customer satisfaction; however, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility
- Full refund (minus 10% processing fee) if requested before initial design delivery.
- 66% refund (minus processing fee) if requested within 48 hours of delivery.
- 33% refund (minus processing fee) if requested within 48–96 hours of delivery.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Initial concepts have been approved.
- Revision requests have been made.
- The project has entered the revision phase.
- Final files have been delivered.
- No response is received from the client for 5 working days.
- The client remains inactive for 7 working days or more.
- The delay or dissatisfaction is due to incomplete or unclear brief.
- The client engages another service provider for the same project.
Website Services
- No refunds once design mockups are approved or development has started.
General Conditions
- Refund requests must include a valid reason aligned with the original brief.
- All refunds are processed at the discretion of The Anexio LLC.
3. Ownership & Rights
- Upon full payment, the final approved design ownership is transferred to the client.
- If a refund is issued, all rights revert to The Anexio LLC, and the client may not use any delivered work.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide clear and complete project requirements.
- Stay responsive during the project lifecycle.
- Review updates via email or dashboard (if applicable).
- Delays caused by lack of communication may impact delivery timelines and refund eligibility.
5. Delivery Policy
- Initial concepts are delivered within the timeline specified at checkout.
- Final files are delivered after approval.
- Rush delivery may be available at an additional cost.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
- We are committed to delivering high-quality services and will continue revisions (within scope) until you are satisfied.
7. Communication Policy
Official communication is conducted only via:

- We are not responsible for communication outside our official channels.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Anexio LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Business losses, revenue loss, or data loss
- All services are provided “as is” without warranties unless stated otherwise.
9. Code of Conduct
Both The Anexio LLC and the client agree not to:
- Make defamatory or damaging public statements
- Harm each other’s reputation during or after the project
10. Policy Updates
- The Anexio LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
